• Continuity: Lola's bra strap when she enters her father's office in Part II.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Lola screams and shatters a glass clock in act 1, a projectile can be seen going through the glass and bouncing off the wall.
  
  
• Incorrectly regarded as goofs: In each of the three stories, Lola runs alongside an ambulance. The patient in the ambulance is the bank guard that was having chest pains (visible in the second story) and not someone that was only injured in one of the stories.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: When the ambulance crashes through the glass, you can clearly see an explosive charge detonate, shattering the glass.
  
  
• Continuity: While supposedly the film takes place within 20 minutes of noon hour, the shadows outside the casino are far too long for the hour.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When Lola shoots the electronic lock, you can see the slide lock back on her pistol, clearly showing the firearm is out of ammo, but a fraction of second later she shoots the door handle lock.
  
  
• Continuity: Several times, most noticeably when Lola and Manni are cornered by the police, Lola's bra strap falls off her shoulder, but in the next shot it is in place again.
  
  
• Crew or equipment visible: The reflection of the crew and tripod can be seen when Lola's father enters the car.
  
  
• Continuity: When Lola is almost hit by the white delivery truck and she stands staring towards the casino, the birthmark near her lips is on the left side of her face. In all other shots it is on the right side of her face.
  
  
• Continuity: At the end of the first run, Manni and Lola rob a supermarket. At the end of the third run, when Lola scans the intersection for Manni, the same supermarket is closed and dark. The filmmakers were unable to secure permission to close down the streets for filming, so the scene was filmed just after dawn on a Sunday morning to avoid traffic.
  
  
• Continuity: In the casino, Lola wins big. We see the roulette wheel stop after the second turn she takes on 20 black. The wheel is actually stopped. Yet, as Lola cashes out and we see everyone staring at her at the cashier's counter, the roulette wheel is still turning
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When the ambulance hits Manni, the skid marks in the shot after the collision of the ambulance stopping are visible before the ambulance makes them.
  
  
• Continuity: As Manni goes to rob the supermarket the first time, the gun is poked into his trousers near his left hip. When he actually goes to enter the supermarket, he draws the gun from the waistband of his trousers on his right hip.
  
  
• Continuity: In Part 1, Lola leaves the bank and looks to her right. The shot from this side then shows Lola facing in this direction with a young woman approaching in the background (i.e. Lola's left). The next shot (from the front) has an old woman appear from Lola's left.
  
  
• Factual errors: When Lola climbs into the ambulance the paramedic is performing CPR yet the man is awake and has a pulse. The pulse may be slow but CPR is not performed on someone who has a pulse - the person must be "dead".
  
  

• Continuity: SPOILER: After the vehicle hits Manni, the above shot shows his head turned to his right as Lola reaches for him. The close shot shows his head facing directly up as Lola raises it.
