Storyline

In the Australian state of Victoria, young Hannah disappears. The police investigates, digging into the family's nasty past. The mother, Linda Thomas, was completely dominated by the maternal grandmother Barbara Thomas, an occult author, who turned her and her brothers Craig and Ray, who she told Hannah was abused, against the father, David Overton, and after Linda's breakdown and fatal heart-failure tried to get custody instead of him. Excellent music, fine plot
28 August 2000 | by (Syros, GREECE) – See all my reviews

A well filmed movie, with excellent background music.

Some interesting stuff about witchcraft added mystery to the crime-drama-family film. Notice the drawing of little Hana with the clocks, her father and a symbol looking like m9. It appears two or three times in the film and it foretells the end of the story. It is a sign of the witchcraft that has passed from Barbara (the grandmother) to Hana.

The plot was fine without lose ends.

Actually, I didn't expect a tv-movie to be so good.
