This episode of One Foot in the Grave was brilliant. I nearly killed myself laughing.

It all starts when a friend of Victor and Margaret, who they met on a holiday 17 years ago and haven't met since, called Mr Foskett (played by the brilliant Brian Murphy) turns up with his two sons. The two sons do nothing but eat. Mr Foskett then announces that when his first wife left him, he tried to kill himself. But he has got remarried and is very happy again. Later Victor finds out the two boys aren't Mr Foskett's sons, just neighbours, who called round for upsetting Victor, just came in and thought Victor was being friendly, so Victor throws them out. Then Mr Foskett gets a phone call to say his wife has left him, so he goes up on the roof, with a towel on. Victor talks him down, but his towel falls off and he goes across, past Patricks bedroom where he is showing some viewers round the house, and he is starkers. The following day Victor and Margaret hear the sad news that Mr Foskett killed himself at the police station.

A hilarious episode, but with a sad ending. I think this is a comedy drama, not just a comedy.

Funniest Moment: Victor finding out that the two boys weren't Mr Foskett's sons.
